Years ago, I felt trapped by chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I tried countless therapies and medications, but they either didn’t work or left me feeling numb. I used to walk in the rain just to cry openly, feeling hopeless about the future. I became reckless, not caring whether I lived or died.

Then, I found my own way. It didn’t numb me; it brought awareness and understanding. Now, I enjoy life fully.

I still have moments of pain, of depressive thoughts, and of anger. But rather than them becoming blanket residents sitting and sucking the life out of me, they are just fleeting visitors. They pop in, let me know something is wrong, and once I've listened they disappear again. Sometimes it's so fast it barely registers, but it's still there.

And this allows me to accept the good and the bad, and act to create the life that I want rather than to trust in one delivered by "destiny"

F**k gratitude! A strange thing to say for someo

F**k gratitude!

A strange thing to say for someone who works with healing and manifestation. But hear me out.

If you go to a top class restaurant and order a fine porthouse steak, and the waiter brings you a slice of cheese and ham, are you going to be grateful?

I doubt it!

And it's the same with life. Your goals and dreams are the steak. If you are not achieving them then don't offer gratitude as it will lead you to settle with the ham and cheese that has been offered.

Don't get me wrong. Be grateful for the things that are worthy of your gratitude. But not on the small stuff that is not in alignment with the future you envision.

I see it like this. Those in power have access to the best writers, spin doctors, and media outlets. They manipulate and spread misinformation on a grand scale.

So when they see people starting to wake up. To look for ways to change, and move forward away from the control and servitude, they will plant their own propaganda into the mix to ensure minimal success.

This then gets taken onboard unwittingly by the gurus and motivators who then do the rest. And human nature takes over and takes the message to the extreme.

So I'll say it again. F**k gratitude. Being grateful for every little thing will ensure that's all you continue to achieve. Save your gratitude for the things that serve you goals.
